"Your Friend in Real Estate"

About Me
Shopping for a home should be fun and a memorable experience. I am here to help you accomplish finding you the perfect home and making it fun!
I moved to Peoria, Arizona in 1993 and have never regretted my decision. It has given me the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful mountainous surroundings and such gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.    Having said this, I became a Realtor in June 2001 and have been specializing in Adult Communities, First Time Home Buyers and Relocating in the North West Valley. I do not limit myself to any one facet of the business but it seems to be a passion of mine helping people relocate to our beautiful State. I am originally from New York and New Jersey and moving here was a big change for myself and my family. Having to adapt to new climate and surroundings is never easy especially when you have children. I always wished I had someone to help guide me through the move and it is because of this I became a Realtor. Showing Buyers what Arizona has to offer, not just to sell them a “house”, to make Arizona their “home”.
There are so many questions when it comes to buying a house in an unfamiliar area, however, I walk you through each step of the buying process and also help familiarize you with different areas so you can make a well informed decision. After all, it is the largest investment you will ever make and we all need guidance.  I am always available to help you even after you make a purchase. My job doesn’t end after you sign the papers and move into your home, it is just beginning! I care more about people than I do the sale. I don’t know about you but I always feel pressured when I am around sales people and never want my clients to feel that way. Fortunately, I have accomplished this and only do what is best for my clients and their needs, which is why they call me “their friend in the Real Estate Business”
I am divorced and remarried to a wonderful man. Together we have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. I have a passion for animals and helping them. This is why I make a donation to our local no kill animal shelters every time I sell a house.
I am also a kitchen designer and have helped many people remodel their kitchens and bathrooms. I feel Real Estate and Kitchen design go hand in hand. It helps buyers make informed decisions when they are thinking about possibly purchasing a home and how much it might cost to remodel a fixer upper.
I look forward working with you when purchasing a “home” and even more, a long lasting friendship!
